At this year’s Interphex Conference, we made a ton of new friends and presented on the CDMO and Technical Stages. At our booth, we brought our customizable software to life through a build your own snack mix experience.

We Won the Efficiency Champion 2022 Award!

This year, we were honored to receive the Interphex Efficiency Champion 2022 award. This award is given to an exhibitor with an outstanding product that supports the fast pace of the pharmaceutical industry.

Our Featured Speakers: Apprentice Thought Leaders in Action

At this year’s Interphex, two Apprentice thought leaders graced the CDMO & Technical Stages.

#1: Tuesday May 24: Laura Jacoby, Apprentice Application Specialist 

In Tuesday’s session, Laura spoke to Best Practices for Digitizing Development Contract Manufacturing Processes in a session sponsored by Pharma and Biopharma Outsourcing Association (PBOA).

#2: Wednesday May 25: Angelo Stracquatanio, Apprentice CEO

On Wednesday, our CEO led a workshop called “The Time is Now: How to Adapt Manufacturing to New Modalities and Methods.” In this session, Angelo led discussions on the changing realities of the life science industry and explored novel ways to adapt to these changes.

Frank Maggiore’s Insider Interphex Tour

One of the best parts of Interphex was getting to explore all of the incredible booths and manufacturing equipment on display. That said, the sheer number of booths made it hard to know where to begin! 

To provide some method to the madness, our Chief Futurist and resident genius Frank Maggiore led multiple walking tours throughout Interphex.

On these tours, Frank walked our teammates through the various stages of pharmaceutical manufacturing and all the nuts and bolts that make it happen.

Inside the Apprentice Booth

While Angelo and Laura lit up the conference stages, the Apprentice team held down the fort at our booth! 

At our booth, we hosted several receptions, provided live AR demonstrations, and offered a “build your own snack mix” culinary experience so that booth visitors could get a taste of the customizable offerings we provide.

After the daily conference events, our team made sure to get some quality bonding time over appetizers and rooftop cocktails. Now more than ever, those in-person moments make such a lasting difference.

Exploring the Big Apple

As they say, when in Rome… eat late-night pizza. Or maybe that’s just what we say. Regardless, we stand by it.

From the Statue of Liberty to NYC street eats and adventures atop the High Line park, the Apprentice team made the most of our time in Manhattan before heading back to our virtual offices.

Closing Thoughts

All in all, we had a blast at this year’s Interphex. We’re so grateful for all the friends and memories we made, and we can't wait to see what next year brings!
