This software ranges from free to paid, depending on the company providing the services. Gmail is an example of free cloud software, although it also offers premium subscriptions for individuals and businesses alike.

Paid cloud software examples include Netflix, Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, and Amazon. Typically, cloud-based software is tiered in nature, depending on individual or business needs. For example, Salesforce prices vary based on how many licenses will be utilized, while Netflix charges based on video speed and quality.

Cloud software in pharma refers to any software application used by pharma companies that’s accessible via an internet connection.
